Generate a Life Time Warranty PDF in your account / my devices. Check and fill all the fields. Then, in a stamped envelope, put the form , and your BO One to be replaced.

#3 Take a coffee
We take care of everything. As soon as the package is received, we will send you a brand new BO One Black Soft Touch to your address. This new device is also eligible for the BO Life Time Warranty.
